All work fine for syncing contacts with the latest version of iSync. Calendar syncing only works on the V3m at this time. I am working on getting calendaring to work on the others. All plugins can be downloaded from the Downloads page.
If you have a problem getting the plugin to work, post on the Help Forum and someone will help you.

It looks like there are a lot of problems with iSync and iCal. I've been looking for a solution for my new Razr 3xx. My older one worked fine. I wonder why Motorola change how the newer version worked with iSync?
Is this plug still available?

I've been using the RAZRV3m.phoneplugin for my Sprint Razr V3m successfully for almost 2 years (currently MacOS 10.4.11). All of a sudden it no longer works. At first, iSync seemed to recognize the presence of the phone, but the sync failed. The Macintosh pairs with the phone just fine. After deleting the device and trying to re-add the phone within iSync I get the message: "iSync cannot connect to this device." I have tried several combinations of deleting and re-pairing the bluetooth, but no luck. Any suggestions?
